Administrator (12 month fixed term contract)
Location: Huntingdon (Office-based)
Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Salary: £18,500 - £25,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the training and events team with the smooth-running of training and examination days
- Handling incoming calls, emails and visitor enquiries
- Managing data entry, CRM updates and member communications
- Processing invoices, chasing payments, and ordering supplies
- Assisting with Health & Safety admin and office coordination
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 1-2 years' admin experience in a busy office environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude
Desirable:
- Experience working in a membership body or not-for-profit
- CRM/database knowledge
- Keen interest in developing new skills
