Location: Huntingdon (Office-based)

Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

Salary: £18,500 - £25,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a proactive and organised administrator looking to join a friendly, close-knit team? We're working with a leading trade association in the building protection industry who are seeking an experienced Administrator to support their operations, marketing, events, and membership functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great attention to detail, a passion for customer service, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the training and events team with the smooth-running of training and examination days
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and visitor enquiries
  • Managing data entry, CRM updates and member communications
  • Processing invoices, chasing payments, and ordering supplies
  • Assisting with Health & Safety admin and office coordination

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 1-2 years' admin experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a membership body or not-for-profit
  • CRM/database knowledge
  • Keen interest in developing new skills
