Job Title: Residential Site Manager - Office and Site Based

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sites.
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Supervise site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and project files.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Assistant Site Manager role, with a background in residential construction.
- Qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and a degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
