Our ambition is to become a £100m turnover business, with national coverage across the UK and two international locations. Having successfully launched in the North of England, the next focal points are The South of England & Germany.

To support this expansion, we are looking for an experienced German-speaking recruitment consultant to join our team in Birmingham.

The Opportunity
You will join a team of 40 experienced consultants and be responsible for developing relationships with new businesses in Germany and the German branches of our existing clients to support them with their local recruitment needs. This is a growth market for SF and your scope for career development will be significant, with the opportunity for regular travel to Germany.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a 360 consultant ideally in Finance & Accountancy
- Comfortable working in a professional setting in both German and English
- Experience of recruiting in Germany desirable but not essential
- Confident business developer who can engage with mid to senior level finance professionals
- Good communicator who quickly establishes rapport and credibility
- Enjoys working in a high-performance sales environment with personal targets
- Team player who can work with others to proactively identify opportunities for growth
- Ambitious individual with desire to grow and develop
- Can operate effectively in a fast-paced, high performance culture
- Personable, engaging and agreeable style
- Can make short business trips to Germany once every 1-2 months
