- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.
- Help to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the accounts function.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred but not essential).
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficient in Xero accounting software; experience with other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
