My client, a prominent company in the water sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Managing administrative tasks to support the customer service team
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Following the company's procedures and policies to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Operating within a 4-day on, 4-day off shift rota

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the utilities sector
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a rota-based schedule
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using standard office software and systems
