Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Assistant / Warehouse Operative to work at our client's Warehouse in Mansfield. You will be working within a dynamic company specialising in the print/mail arena, working in a professional but fun environment!
Job Description:
- Assist in the operation of various finishing equipment, including but not limited to;
- To operate and maintain specified machines to the expected standards
- Complete consumables stock takes for the machines as required
- Maintain machinery to required standard of housekeeping
- Ensure product quality standards are achieved and maintained on the machines
- Assist in the hand-enclosing team if necessary (manual input of letters into envelopes)
- All process standards are adhered to
- Neopost mailing machines, Paragon pressure sealers / folding machine and Duplo booklet maker/finisher, fusion encloser
Your Experience will include:
- Working within a print/mail environment or similar, however, if you come from a different background and have other relevant work experience, please be sure to state this along with your application
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic PC Literacy
- A willingness to learn new skills and be flexible
- An ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
- An ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- A willingness to work overtime when required
This role will involve manual handing & safety footwear is required.
Rotating shift: 6-2/2-10 changing on a weekly basis with requirement to work both shifts (Mon-Fri)
