Our client, a global automotive company based near Epsom - voted one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for in the UK - is looking for a Fleet Localisation Account Manager to join their busy team. Reporting to the Localisation Team Leader, the role is responsible for managing specific accounts and ensuring that there is a smooth customer journey from point of quotation right through to registration and customer handover. You will be the operational and administrative backbone for your accounts, whilst working closely with the Network during the approval and handover stages of the customer journey.

The department aim is to deliver a one stop shop for all our Business Customers' needs in multiple channels to market, maximising CLV and VLV opportunities across leasing, ownership, mobility and insurance products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Order management and coordination of Localisation fleet orders (inc quotes) for specific accounts. Working with and supporting the Network Partners (Business Centres) to ensure a smooth customer hand-over. Building relationships with customers and network partners through providing administrative and operational support.
  • Working with Fleet and wider department managers to refine processes to support the Localisation programme.
  • Management of your accounts' orders using the Leasing industries software Ebbon, MoDel and internal ordering system AS400.
  • Coordinate across other departments, to ensure departmental service levels are delivered effectively and accurately to customers and network partners.
  • Management of the customer experience from quotation through to registration, including direct contact with key Localisation customers and Network partners to deliver excellent service levels. Identifying commercial problems as they arise and resolving issues with a customer first mindset.
  • Direct contact with key members of the Fleet team (inc. the Area Managers) to ensure the smooth delivery of departmental requirements and priorities.
  • Close contact with the Localisation team to ensure the department's priorities and service levels are understood, supported and implemented.

Skills & Experience:

Essential

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and highly numerate.
  • Have strong verbal and written skills with the ability to influence different audiences.
  • Be customer focused with experience of a customer facing role.
  • Self-motivated with good time management.
  • An individual who strives for outstanding results and professionalism.
  • Have experience using Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Fleet Industry
