What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design, build, and pilot launch of a centralised booking hub.
- Establishing governance structures and chairing steering groups.
- Aligning workflows across Cerner and K2 systems.
- Developing SOPs, referral criteria, and training programmes.
- Engaging stakeholders across NHS trusts, ICBs, and Maternity Voices Partnerships.
- Tracking KPIs like booking timeliness and duplication rates.
- Delivering a comprehensive post-pilot evaluation with actionable insights.
What You Bring
- Proven NHS project/programme management experience at Band 8A/8B level.
- A strong grasp of maternity services and transformation agendas.
- Expertise in EPR systems, especially Cerner and/or K2.
- Confident leadership in stakeholder engagement and governance.
- Familiarity with Prince2 or similar methodologies.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Federated Data Platforms or KPI dashboards.
- A background in maternity equity or access improvement.
