Junior Paraplanner

- Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Reed Financial Services are currently seeking two Junior Paraplanners to join a UK-spanning Financial Services firm's centralised Paraplanning Hub. The successful candidates will support Advisers in delivering Wealth Planning services to new and existing clients, assisting with administrative tasks related to financial planning reports, annual reviews, and preparation of client-facing documents.
Day to day of the role:
- Liaise with Wealth Planning Administrators, Financial Planners, Wealth Planners, and the wider Technical Support Team to ensure all required information for report production is obtained promptly.
- Prepare letters of authority and letters of appointment as requested by the team.
- Assist the Administration team in obtaining third-party information and completing third-party analysis.
- Maintain audit trails and client records.
- Obtain product research, information, and new business illustrations as requested by the team.
- Produce annual reviews and initial client reports.
- Obtain and prepare paperwork required for client meetings and business submission.
- Build and enhance technical knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good standard of education, preferably to A-level standard or equivalent.
- Some experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to pensions and/or investment policies.
- Currently studying for or willing to study for the CII DipPFS qualification.
- Client-focused with a concern for quality, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail.
