We are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Clinical Lead on behalf of a well-renowned and expanding private provider for one of their newest commissions in South-West London. The home is situated near to Kingston-Upon-Thames and is accessible from the South West Main Line. The home provides residential and nursing care for up to 80 residents and boasts modern amenities.
Reporting into the Home Manager you will support across all areas of the day to day running of the home, whilst also adopting a hands-on approach, leading the teams and quality of care.
Requirements:
- Active NMC Registration (PIN Number)
- Previous clinical leadership experience, ideally within a nursing home environment
- Sound knowledge of NMC code of Conduct and standards and the revalidation process
- Sound knowledge of the Care Inspectorate Standards
- Salary:
- £50,000 - £55,000 PA
