Assure Personnel are pleased to be recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client in Billericay!
As a member of the recruitment team, you will work alongside management to help drive their operational recruitment model. Your main responsibility will be to attract local candidates, engage with candidates in a timely manner, from point of application to initial contract.
The Role
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping up to date with legislation around recruitment and right to work checks
- Social media engagement, utilising LinkedIn
- Proactively searching for candidates via job boards and other social media tools
- Identifying high calibre candidates for both the active and potential roles
- Ensuring that all roles are worked on, keeping management up to date on the progress of applications
Experience required
- Recruitment experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Social media posting and engagement experience
- To be motivated and driven
- High organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
The salary for this role will be £25,000 - £28,000
