I am currently partnered with a high growth energy firm who are seeking an Investor Relations Manager for a newly created role in the company. There is a huge opportunity for growth in this position which is the first hire in an expanding part of the business. This is a real opportunity to make the investor relations function your own and grow with the firm.
Reporting directly into the Group Treasurer this position will also work closely with the Communications Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller.
Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage all investor relationships and inquiries
- Develop and present quarterly company financials to investors
- Support the Communications Manager in the preparation of the annual report
- Drive investor events, roadshows and presentations
- Be the go-to person for the companies external stakeholders
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in an investor relations role
- Ideally have experience in the Oil & Gas or Mining sectors
- Confident with quarterly and annual investor reporting
- Ambitious individual who is highly motivated
