Account Manager
We are seeking an Account Manager to join a dynamic team . This role is crucial for driving the continued growth of the business by selling a diverse range of building and civils products to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be driven to exceed targets. Knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Grow your customer base proactively by engaging with new and existing customers.
- Support the external sales team as needed.
- Prepare quotations and process orders, including upselling to increase revenue.
- Handle incoming telephone queries and customer enquiries.
- Provide pricing, stock levels, availability, and product recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order dispatch.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain communication with customers regarding order progress.
