Role summary - This company is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Support and Administration Officer to provide efficient support to the Service and contribute to its efficient operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Customer Service Excellence and delivering an effective and appropriate service to all service users, fairly and without discrimination.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Support and Administration Officer or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
