Our client, based in Newent, is currently recruiting an Administrator to join their friendly and supportive customer advisor team on a two-month temporary basis.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a customer-focussed service, take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities and work with others to ensure the best results for customers.
Responsibilities/Duties;
- Receive and manage customer enquiries through all communication methods
- Resolve contacts at first point, with the information available to you, wherever possible
- Comply with security, data protection and confidentiality policies
- Offer services that promote independence and wellbeing, including early intervention if needed
- Ensure policies and procedures are always followed
- Understand and act on your responsibilities in line with regulatory standards and compliance
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager
Candidate Attributes;
- Previous experience in a customer focussed position
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Hours- 37 hours per week
Salary- £15 per hour
