Please note this role is outside IR35 and will require two days a week onsite in London.
Requirements
- Skilled/experienced Business Change Manager. The role involves managing business change within the End-to-End Distribution Programme workstreams whilst working collaboratively with project managers.
- The ability to engage with various stakeholders across the programme, impacted teams and at different levels.
- Proven background as a Business Change Manager working on enterprise change programmes
- Experience of managing communication across senior stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Combination of technical and interpersonal skills (prepare for and drive changes through communication skills/change communications, technical skills, stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills, empathy - recognise change impact for affected teams)
- Team-player with the ability to build strong working relationships and ability to work alongside project managers and change managers, provide guidance and support
