I am currently working with a leading law firm based in Croydon who are dedicated to excellence and are excited to grow their esteemed Residential Property department. They are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload with confidence, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and case law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proven track record of managing a diverse caseload independently and efficiently.
