Office based in Salisbury. Once training is complete, there is the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
What you'll be doing:
- Log and record call details
- Maintain high level of contact with users
- Use scripts, personal skills and knowledge to resolve incidents at 1st line
- Installation of software
- Resolve user complaints
- Build remote connections and support users
- 1st line Server Administration tasks
- Adding users to Active Directory object groups
- Microsoft Office 2021 diagnostics and support
- Windows 10/11 Performance diagnostics, Application Error logging and reporting
- Windows 10/11 user support.
- M365 user support
- Microsoft Exchange basic administration
- Perform 1st line Network diagnostics
What you'll bring:
- Use of Service Management tools - Particularly Service Now
- Understanding of the ITIL Framework
- Experience in an IT customer focused environment
- Ability to diagnose faults and resolve calls at 1st line
- Experience in a complex IT support environment
- Experience with Windows 10, MS Office 2016 applications to include Outlook support
- Full UK Driving Licence
