The job you'll do:
- Looking after existing customer accounts
- Liaising directly with the Sales Rep
- Looking after new accounts brought in by the external team
- Raising Quotations for customer orders
- Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to efficiently handle customer inquiries.
