  • The Company now requires 10 Creative, Innovative, and Dynamic Human Resources in various fields to execute various projects in our United Kingdom Office.
  • Available Position:
  • We are seeking 10 highly motivated experienced entry level Management Team to oversee the daily business and operations of our organization. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum of One year's experience in any field e.g Business, IT, Construction, Health, Automobile, Logistics and Public Services.
  • Excellent Customer Service, Leadership, and Communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve Organisational goals and objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative, innovative, and dynamic environment without supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Added Advantage Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and Postgraduate Degree.
  • Multi-lingual (Ability to speak other languages apart from English Language)
  • Full UK Driving Licence or Equivalent.
