Payment Manager

My client is a leading technology based in Lancaster and after 5 years of year on year on growth they are looking for a newly created position for Payments Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and automate processes within the payments business unit for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate data management and perform reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and generate reports for the payments business unit.
  • Develop strategies and drive innovative solutions within the payments space.
  • Provide support to the Head of Finance in additional areas, such as preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting.

This role offers flexibility with working hours and remote work options, but you will be required to spend 2 days per week in their Lancaster office.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the payments industry.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in implementing month-end reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Willingness to work 2 days per week in the Lancaster office.
