Location: Ruislip

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent, Night Shift

Shift: Mon - Fri 9:30PM - 6AM, Sun 9:30PM - 1AM

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the night shift. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing customer orders, verifying accuracy, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and taking orders via phone or messaging apps.
  • Tracking customer orders and proactively following up on missed deliveries.
  • Maintaining and updating price books with new orders and cleaning up historical data.
  • Processing invoices and ensuring their accuracy.
  • Collating and communicating special requests to the production team.
  • Preparing daily handover reports, including product shortages and relevant updates.

Additional Duties:

  • Assisting in picking and packing orders in the production area.
  • Organising operational paperwork and technical records.
  • Supporting general sales administration tasks.

Essential:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.

Desirable:

  • Experience using an order management system.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of the food service industry.

Technologies:

  • Order management system (preferred)
