As a Customer Service Administrator, you will communicate at all levels and provide a first-class service to our customers. Ideally you will have experience in a customer service or administration role.
- Always remain patient and attentive, communicating clearly and positively.
- Good understanding of Microsoft applications
- Understand, support, and advise customers requiring a wide range of information, advice, and guidance.
- Work with colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- A pro-active approach with the ability to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
- Helping customers complete documentation.
