Account Manager

We have an opportunity to be part of a highly experienced, motivated and dedicated sales team as an Account Manager. You will be working for a well-established company based in the North East and the Midlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into new clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales/account management experience
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
