This role requires a meticulous Administrator who will provide comprehensive financial and administrative services in the industrial / manufacturing sector. The position is based in Belper and is for 30 hours per week, 3 days in the office and 1 day from home. This is a long term temporary position until September 2025.

Description

As well as providing a high level of effective and efficient administrative support, responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Being the primary contact for the department
  • Co-ordination of key customer visits and Global team meetings
  • Processing of department invoices and purchases
  • Publishing internal information
  • Participating in department team meetings and associated activities
  • Working with a team of administrators and providing back up as required

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
