An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a Family Department in Romford. The successful candidate will manage and grow a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a diverse range of family law cases, including but not limited to:

Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships

Private Children Act proceedings

Complex financial remedy cases

Injunctions
-
Providing advocacy in court when required

Supporting the department's growth through active involvement in business development and marketing initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Confidence and experience in handling a complex caseload independently
- Experience with court advocacy and complex family law cases
- Proven ability to meet financial targets
- Strong background in family law
- A proactive approach to business development and marketing
- Excellent IT skills
- A professional, approachable, and client-focused manner
