Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: Central London
Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
Recardo Group are currently representing a market leading global organisation in the hire of a Field Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Field based Technical Engineer role where you've been responsible for installing and maintaining products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Installation, servicing and repair of products in line with customer needs.
- Manage workload to meet a defined daily schedule.
- Manage stock and inventory to ensure availability of units and parts to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure technical knowledge is kept up to date and all mandatory health and safety training is completed and recorded appropriately.
- Represent our company as a brand ambassador.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrable experience of diagnosis and resolution of technical products issues.
- Full and valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points (none of which are for dangerous or careless driving).
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Excellent communication skills with a core focus on Customer Service
- Able to carry out some heavy lifting, in line with full manual handling training.
- Comfortable to have a DBS check upon commencement of role.
