You'll be entrusted with managing your own caseload of varied commercial and data advisory matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts across diverse sectors such as technology, retail, and manufacturing
- Handling client-facing responsibilities and building lasting relationships with stakeholders
- Supporting the supervision and development of junior members of the team
- Involvement in data protection matters (desirable but not essential)
- Working with a commercial mindset to achieve practical and strategic client outcomes
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-5 years of PQE gained from a leading City, West End, or regional firm
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and advising clients on key legal issues
- Comfortable in client-facing situations with the ability to build and nurture relationships
- Keen to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for commercial law
- Experience in data protection is a plus, but not a prerequisite
