An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a boutique commercial firm in central London.
The firm has an outstanding reputation and is widely admired for their bespoke and extensive knowledge. Due to expansion, they are excited to welcome a Commercial Property Solicitor to their growing and progressive team.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in all aspects of Commercial Property as the role will be extremely varied covering sale and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance as well as providing property support on corporate transactions. The following attributes are essential to be considered for the role:-
- Providing excellent client service levels and building a deep understanding of the range and type of clients you will be acting for and their needs is essential;
- The ability to develop and foster strong and effective relationships within the team and clients
- Proven expertise of working collaboratively and as part of a wider team; and
- Self-starter with a hunger and enthusiasm to develop own practice and generate business development ideas.
