Project Manager - Mechanical Building Services
Our client, leading specialists in providing heating and boiler care for commercial buildings, are looking to bring a Project Manager into the team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mechanical projects, with a particular focus on heating and boiler mechanical building services. From conception to completion, the Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Firstly, what's in it for you?
- £40,000 to £50,000 PA

Project Manager - Mechanical Building Services
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
- Prepare and control project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Act as the main contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Lead and support project teams, assigning tasks and managing performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, coordinating with suppliers.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance on heating and boiler systems.
- Resolve issues and make decisions to keep projects on track.
- Producing Risk Assessments & Method Statements

Project Manager - Mechanical Building Services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical Building Services sector, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical building services, particularly heating and boiler systems.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and quality control skills.
