Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full Wills and Probate caseload from start to completion.
- Draft, create, and register Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).
- Advise and assist with planning care home fees and related matters.
About You:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Wills and Probate is essential
- Proven ability to manage Wills and Probate caseload independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
