Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Legal 500 recognised team, based at either their Corby or Kettering office.
You will be competent at working independently and handling your own caseload, but will be supported by the Partners and other members of the team. This is a role where your voice will be heard, with genuine scope for a challenging but supported career.
Scope of work
You'll have the opportunity to work on a range of property matters, including, but not limited to:
- leases
- freehold property
- development land
- agricultural property
- acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
- dealing with commercial lenders
- option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
And pretty much anything else you may come across in commercial property work!
