Part-time Operations Coordinator

We are looking for someone that thrives in collaborative environments and has high attention to detail and organisation engrained into their DNA to join this forward-thinking company. You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and great with communication. It is a part-time Operations Coordinator role, which would consist of 3 full days a week in their London based office.

Duty wise as the Part-time Operations Coordinator you can expect to:

  • Coordinate and produce key reports, such as asset and investor reports.
  • Manage mobile phone contracts for site teams.
  • Oversee different email inboxes.
  • Organise quarterly awards for the onsite teams and support team away days and workshops.
  • Maintain the complaints database, ensuring timely responses.
  • Record data breaches and coordinate data protection training.
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for the senior leadership team.
  • Schedule new starter and ad hoc training sessions.
  • Manage meeting requests and assist with award submissions.
  • Support site meetings during new building mobilisations.
  • Assist with resident events and collaborate with team leaders to address needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Committees (e.g., Inclusion, Diversity, Charity) to support corporate objectives.
  • Review processes for inefficiencies and foster strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Provide timely meeting minutes and support leasing administration for site teams.

Salary: £20,400 for 3 full days a week (which would equate to £34k if it was a full-time Operations Coordinator contract)
