Part-Time EA & Bookkeeper - 3 days per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time EA/ Bookkeeper to join an innovative technology solutions company in Windsor. This is a 9-month contract initially and would be ideal for someone who is enthusiastic and personable with all-round EA experience including some accounts experience.

£30k pro rata* (£30k is full-time salary).

9-month contract (maternity cover).

3 days per week, 9am - 5.30pm. Office-based in Windsor.

Parking is provided.

  • Supporting the CEO/ Executive Team with administrative duties.
  • General office management and administration.
  • Managing contractors.
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Timesheet billing.
  • Managing and updating CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Manage team performance and organisational procedures.
  • Responsible for Health and Safety, implementing and updating the manuals.
  • Listening to colleagues to remove or adjust any requirements for a better workflow.
  • Learning daily process within each department.
  • Building own knowledge base with self-learning of new systems.
  • Support the team as well as actively using training resources available.
  • View any problem that may arise and/ or implement change before a problem arises.

Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce & Xero is essential.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Fast-learner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic with genuine initiative.
  • Delivery of high customer service levels.
  • Be an effective member of the team and lead by example to drive the business forward
