Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate events from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Negotiate with venues, suppliers, and vendors to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
- Proactively solve challenges as they arise to keep events on track and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that meet company objectives.
- Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting, with a keen eye for detail.
- Maintain strong communication with all parties involved, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
- Bring creativity and innovation to the planning and execution of events, enhancing attendee experiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A foundation degree, higher national diploma, or degree in Events Management, Level 4 Diploma in Event Management, or Level 2 Certificate in Event Planning.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of successful event coordination.
