Nonstop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Southampton area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Fostering team.
They offer hybrid working, allowing for you spend less time and money travelling and gives you more flexibility in work/life balance
Responsibilities:
- Supervising Carers
- Contribute to and review the development of ongoing initiatives to achieve a more effective use of resources within Children & Families Services
- You will provide support, supervision and training for foster carers to provide a safe and secure environment for the children and young people
