Location: Preston

Remuneration: £23452 - £29000 OTE

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Mon - Fri 8:30 - 4:30)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Support our external sales team.
  • Maximise all sales opportunities.
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Experience in cross-selling, introducing new products, and selling promotional items.
  • Confidence in phone communication with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and enthusiasm.
  • Experience in working towards pre-defined KPIs.
