Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Paraplanner to add to the growing team, where you will play a crucial part in supporting the Financial Advisers and other Paraplanners in the firm. This is a really exciting opportunity as our client is growing the business in all areas, so the successful candidate will join in a very exciting period of growth for the firm, which is a testament to all the hard work and dedication from all members of the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Work closely with the financial advisers to gather client information
- Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports and recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on financial products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of client meetings and follow-up on any resulting actions.
- Provide technical support to financial advisers on various financial planning matters.
What you'll need to apply:
- Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) or working towards it.
- Previous experience in a paraplanning role within an IFA firm is essential.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and tax planning.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using financial planning software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
