Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing company who are looking to appoint a Ultrasound Sales Specialist to join their friendly and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to Ultrasound & Probe Sales in the UK
- Work with the HoEU to develop a strategy to achieve targets and accelerate growth in the end user ultrasound sales.
- Grow & developing existing clients within the Medical & Veterinary to maximise sales opportunities
- Develop account plan to demonstrate good customer knowledge and understanding of sales opportunities.
- Make system recommendations to fulfil client needs, working with other member of the Ultrasound team where required.
- Carry out system demonstrations and provide application support for pitched systems.
- Provide effective customer training, including delivery of on-site applications training, pre and post-sale, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work with relevant internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of sales solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Follow up all leadswithin specified period.
- Manage own diary, making appointments and following up all enquiries to schedule meetings
- Identify key contacts & collate all stakeholder information onto CRM system
- Accurately forecast the completion of deals by updating timelines & notes for
- Produce system quotations in line with agreed pricing approvals and follow up with customers to agreed timescales.
- Liaise with the European Head of Ultrasound regarding equipment pricing and information.
- Assist in the production of accurate forecasts for Ultrasound system sales in the UK Medical & Veterinary market
- Drive deal closure to achieve month end, quarter end and year end targets as required
- Manage & attend relevant exhibitions, Trade events and educational courses to promote company
- Ensure awareness of all competitive activities
Experience and Requirements:
- Qualified sonographer with experience working in a clinical Ultrasound environment
- 1 year experience working in a similar sales role is desirable but not essential
- Confidence to present/demonstrate to groups of people
- Building and maintaining productive relationships, including those with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
- Technical knowledge of the ultrasound environment and understanding of hospital buying process/structures.
- Clinical knowledge of modalities & their applications
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and customer service focused
- Well-developed negotiation and engagement skills.
- Great IT skills
- Ability to manage expectations and tensions, including having difficult or challenging conversations.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines and working towards financial targets
- Positive 'can do' attitude.

Salary £30,000-£35,000 per annum +OTE
