They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Purchase Ledger
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Coordinating Invoice Payment Runs
- Using Xero and Service M8 software
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Xero is essential
- Ability to work efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- A team player who fits well into a close-knit working environment
- Knowledge of Service M8 is an advantage, but not essential
