Front of House Core Duties
- Manage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriately
- Welcome and greet customers
- Show customers around
- Present the products to customers and answer questions
- Support in the organisation of customer events and launches
- Provide logistical and administrative support
- Be professional and courteous at all times
- Oversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studio
Front of House Skills Required
- Educated to A-level standard
- Experience working with premium brands; luxury retail or hotels - automotive experience highly desirable
- Experience in customer care or premium hospitality
- Good team working experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Best-in-class customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Driving licence class B (desirable) and driven for up to 2 years
- Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basis
