Why join us?

Mentorship & Progression: Be mentored by a highly experienced Responsible Individual, Operations Manager and Registered Manager supported by a proactive senior team. We'll help you move toward Registered Manager status when ready.

Great Benefits: Competitive salary, on-call payments, pension, health & well-being support, and flexible working options where possible.

What you'll do

  • Be a positive role model for children and staff alike leading by example with compassion and consistency
  • Ensure children's individual care plans and education goals are implemented and reviewed effectively
  • Foster a culture of respect, learning, and resilience
  • Champion the highest standards of compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted expectations

What we're looking for

  • Experience working in a children's residential home, ideally with learning disabilities or autism
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it
  • Leadership qualities that balance professionalism with warmth and empathy
