My client, who are based in Reading, are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their expanding, high-performing Sales team. Based in central Reading, with free parking on-site.

They specialise within the business services industry, and aim to give their clients the best service possible. They pride themselves in their fun company culture, great career progression opportunities, and amazing earning potential!

Description

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive include:

  • Managing your sales pipeline and converting leads into satisfied customers.
  • Speak with customers interested in using the companies services, introducing them to different services and products that the company offer.
  • Provide a consultative sales approach to identify the most impactful solution to a customer's business needs.
  • Communicate the benefits of all the customers services and products.
  • Work with the operations team to onboard customers and ensure payment is made once their free-trial has concluded.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service both through the sales process and also in the after-sales customer care.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports on sales opportunities and targets.

Profile

The successful Business Development Executive will:

  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • A genuine interest in understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
  • A constant focus on improving and developing as a person and within a business.
  • Collaborative spirit to work with colleagues across business divisions.
  • Be enthusiastic, driven, proactive and self-motivated with a confident telephone manner.
  • Experience and proficiency in using a CRM system would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Have prior experience in a B2B sales role.
