A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a switched on and ambitious Property Conveyancer to join a thriving boutique law firm! In this role, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and transactions. The successful candidate will be able to work fully remotely while operating alongside a wonderful and supportive team!
Who you are:
- Ideally qualified licensed conveyancer
- Possesses 2+ years of experience working on residential property transactions
- Strong understanding of Property Law procedures and principles
- Positive and self – motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates who can communicate, both written and verbally, in either Russian or Mandarin are highly desiered!
What you will do:
- Daily client communications inclusive of obtaining client information and instructions
- Drafting and reviewing sales – purchases agreements
- Conducting searches
- Preparing completion statements
- Arranging fund transfers
- Liaising with mortgage lenders and processing mortgage offers
- Working and communicating effectively with the Practice Manager and wider team
