Senior Project Manager

Posted by Southdown Housing Association .

Southdown is a successful and award-winning supported housing and care provider, operating across Sussex. We are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager (Digital) to manage key strategic projects and a team of Digital Solutions Project Managers.

The projects will focus on bringing about organisational improvements through digital transformation and organisational design to drive efficiency and client, colleague and tenant experience. Our upcoming project roadmap includes system implementations across HR, workforce planning and on premises to cloud migrations to name a few.

This role will manage these projects and work with the Digital Solutions Project Managers to drive continuous improvements and the implementation of our internal project framework.

The role sits within the Improvement and Impact team, where we've aligned our digital and organisation design departments to ensure a joined-up and long-term approach to projects. This is a pivotal role that will ensure initiatives are co-developed, understanding both the technical and organisation design impacts.

Southdown recognises the importance of strong digital infrastructure to the future success of our business - we are keen to harness the opportunities created by technology to build an exciting future for Southdown, our clients and colleagues.

As a member of our Southdown Planning Forum, you will be working closely alongside our senior leaders to further develop the next stages of our Digital Strategy - building capabilities, driving efficiencies and improving services to clients and building upon our vision of One Southdown.

Closing date for applications: 28th October 2024
