Key Duties:
- Provide excellent administration support across various teams within the business.
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all calls, enquiries, and correspondence from external introducers.
- Maintain relationships with external introducers and maximise the business opportunities from these relationships.
- Extracting information and reporting from an in-house CRM system, updating and collating information across multiple departments
Ideal candidate:
- Intermediate IT skills, Excel and Word are essential.
- Knowledge of CRM advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
