Job Title: Accounts, Purchasing, and Operational Office Support Location: West Bromwich Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (negotiable) Salary: £27,000 per annum / £14 per hour if not 37.5hr week
Are you an experienced Office professional with experience in Accounts, Purchasing and Operational Administration? You will be working within construction manager software to support the team. It is ideal if you have got experience working in Construction Manager, Xero and MS Office and that you are aware of CIS and VAT etc.

Key Responsibilities for the Office Support:

Working within Construction Manager Software to:

Raise Purchase Orders

Verify Subcontractors and run reports

Working within Xero to Input invoices

Reconcile statements etc.

General administration and reporting within the management system

Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Provide administrative support to the office team.

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.

Support project management activities and ensure project timelines are met.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements for Office Support:
- Experience using Construction Management Software.
- Experience using Xero Accounts software.
- Proficient in MS office packages.
- Awareness of CIS and VAT.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to liase with different departments.
- Construction or Industrial background.
