We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity which offers training and career development for a Client Handler to join our client's dynamic insurance team based in central Nottingham. This permanent, full-time role provides the chance to manage a portfolio of Insolvency Practitioners across the UK and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth client service and efficient bond cover.
What you'll do:
- Build strong relationships with Insolvency Practitioners, providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries effectively.
- Manage client portfolios, including processing monthly spreadsheets, placing and reconciling bond cover, and identifying risk exposures.
- Prepare new client and renewal documentation, including comprehensive risk assessments, and maintain accurate records.
- Proactively manage your workload, chase overdue payments, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in a service-related role, ideally with corporate and business clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems, with a strong understanding of data accuracy and recordkeeping.
- Experience working with invoices and credit control.
- Previous experience in the Financial/Insurance industry and familiarity with Acturis is a plus, but not essential.
