A great opportunity to join a boutique Property Company based in a trendy area of South West London as their Property Manager. This is a specialist Property Management company - not a high street estate agent, so the role is unique.

Experience working as a Property Manager is essential for this role.

Company Profile for the Property Manager:
As a Property Manager in their team you will have hands on training from some of the most experienced people in the industry, and will be part of a 3 man team managing a portfolio of between 200+ properties. You will carry out your own inspections and have the opportunity to attend the properties when problems arise. You will be liaising frequently with the landlord, tenants and contractors. It is a very hands on position.
Also after training you will be able to advise client on project development works for their portfolio - so this can be a very consultative and client facing role.

Duties of the Property Manager:

  • Working in a team of 3 managing 200-300 properties
  • Carry out inspections
  • Deal with maintenance issues
  • Serve legal notices, section 21's and section 8's
  • Chase rent arrears
  • Deal with all change of occupancies
  • Maintain good relationships with all contractors
  • Keep landlords and tenants up to date throughout tenancy

Package for the Property Manager:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Salary: Between £30,000 - £33,000 basic with £2,000 bonus.

This is a role centred round managing a portfolio of Properties so the chosen Property Manager will need to demonstrate the ability to understand the property management process, be sociable and work as a team player as well as having the customer service skills that are required to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
