With a workforce of 20,000+, this role will be responsible for helping to deliver communications campaigns and events for the global workforce. The successful candidate will be based in Surrey 3 days per week with 2 days from home.

Description

The successful Internal Communications and Events Specialist shall...

  • Plan, develop and execute an effective internal communications strategy
  • Lead the coordination of internal events within the company
  • Manage and create engaging content for internal communication platforms
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications and events
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the business
  • Establish content to drive the utility and interaction with the intranet

Profile

The successful Internal Communications and Events Specialist shall have the following expertise;

  • Proven experience in managing and leading successful internal communication and events campaigns
  • Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
  • Exposure to events management
  • The ability to write clear, engaging and inspiring content, tailored to different channels/audiences.
  • Experience in managing / contributing to intranet sites (ideally Sharepoint)
