- Plan, develop and execute an effective internal communications strategy
- Lead the coordination of internal events within the company
- Manage and create engaging content for internal communication platforms
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications and events
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the business
- Establish content to drive the utility and interaction with the intranet
Profile
The successful Internal Communications and Events Specialist shall have the following expertise;
- Proven experience in managing and leading successful internal communication and events campaigns
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
- Exposure to events management
- The ability to write clear, engaging and inspiring content, tailored to different channels/audiences.
- Experience in managing / contributing to intranet sites (ideally Sharepoint)
